Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "km507" — The online betting and gaming service operated at km507.bet, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and associated digital properties.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — Any individual who has registered a km507 account, accessed the Platform, or placed a wager via the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform, through which all betting and gaming activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Member's km507 Account at any given time.
• "Deposit" — Any transfer of funds from a Member's bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet into their km507 Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" — Any transfer of funds from a Member's km507 Account Balance to a nominated bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive-based credits allocated to a Member's Account, subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The minimum total betting turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and proof-of-payment-method verification, required by km507 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, a certified algorithm used to determine the outcome of casino games and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform.

Access to and use of the km507 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. km507 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement across all products. Proof of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds returned to the payment source where technically possible, and all associated winnings forfeited.
2. Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia. km507 is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is the sole responsibility of the accessing individual, and km507 reserves the right to restrict access from such jurisdictions at any time without notice.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting as an agent or representative on behalf of another individual, you must have explicit written authorisation to do so — and the individual on whose behalf you act must themselves satisfy all eligibility requirements.
4. One Account. You may hold only one registered km507 Account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, device, IP address, payment method, or email address used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Not an Employee. Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of km507 staff are not eligible to open a Member Account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

To access km507's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process via the km507 Login page and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

1. Accurate Information. km507 is committed to maintaining a secure and transparent platform. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a standard industry requirement that protects both Members and the integrity of the Platform.

1. When KYC Is Required. KYC verification is required before km507 processes any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500.000, upon any change of payment method, when account activity triggers an automated risk flag, or at any time km507 deems it necessary to verify Member identity at its sole discretion.
2. Accepted Documents. km507 accepts the following Indonesian government-issued identity documents: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card), SIM (driving licence), or Passport. A selfie photograph alongside the presented document may also be required.
3. Proof of Payment Method. You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported Indonesian banks), e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), or USDT wallet address used for deposits, to confirm that the payment method belongs to the registered Member.
4. Processing Time. KYC documents are reviewed by km507's compliance team within 1–3 business days (WIB). Members will be notified by email or in-platform message upon completion of the review.
5. Withdrawal Hold Pending KYC. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. km507 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or insufficient KYC documentation.
6. Refusal and Termination. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of being requested, km507 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access and, following further notice, close the Account and return verified deposits to the original payment source where technically feasible.

km507 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian-native payment methods to ensure frictionless fund management for all Members. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

1. Supported Payment Methods. km507 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) for bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions; and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency transactions. Supported methods are subject to change — refer to the km507 cashier page for the current list at the time of your transaction.
2. Currency. All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless a Member is transacting via USDT, in which case the equivalent IDR value at the prevailing exchange rate displayed in the km507 cashier at the time of transaction applies.
3. Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the km507 cashier at the time of transaction. km507 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Daily and weekly maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Members via the cashier interface or by customer support.
4. Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to a Member's km507 Balance instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes. USDT deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations. km507 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
5. Withdrawal Processing. km507 targets withdrawal processing within 15–60 minutes of a verified withdrawal request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if a withdrawal triggers a compliance review. km507 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, third-party transaction fees charged by banks, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks are the Member's responsibility.
6. Payment Method Consistency. For anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. km507 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.
7. Own Funds Only. Members must only deposit funds that belong to them and are free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on km507, is strictly prohibited.
8. Failed Transactions. In the event of a failed deposit or withdrawal, Members should contact km507 customer support via live chat with the transaction reference number. km507 will investigate and resolve failed transactions within 1 business day (WIB) where the Platform is at fault.

km507 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following terms govern all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. km507 reserves the right to exclude Members from a promotion at its discretion if it suspects abuse or ineligibility.
2. Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), which specifies the total betting turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Where not explicitly stated, a default wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount applies.
3. Game Contributions. Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 (European format) or higher typically contribute 100%. Casino slot titles typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10%–20%. 4. Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation. Where no expiry period is stated, bonus funds expire after 30 calendar days from the date of allocation.
5. Bonus Abuse. km507 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets that exploit wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other Members to generate artificial wagering turnover; and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
6. Modification and Cancellation. km507 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to cancellation will have their accrued bonus balance honoured unless the cancellation was necessitated by suspected fraud or platform error.

The following rules apply across all km507 betting and gaming products, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other game category hosted on the Platform:

1. Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by km507 at its sole discretion. km507 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where the bet is placed at odds that were published in error.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the relevant betting interface at the time of placement. km507 may amend limits at any time, including applying individual account betting limits where warranted by a Member's betting patterns.
3. Odds Errors and Manifest Errors. If a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical glitch, data feed failure, or human error, km507 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Balance, or to settle the bet at the correct odds that should have been offered. A "manifest error" is defined as odds that are materially and obviously different from the fair market odds at the time of bet placement.
4. Incomplete Events — Sportsbook. For sportsbook markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the standard completion point of the event, km507 will apply the void/return rules as set out in the applicable sport-specific rules document available from km507 customer support. Generally, bets on incomplete events are voided and stakes returned, unless the relevant result has already been determined unconditionally.
5. Live Betting. km507 offers in-play (live) betting on selected sporting events. Live odds are updated in real time. During live betting, there may be brief periods where markets are suspended — typically during goal kicks, corners, video reviews (VAR), or other significant moments. km507 is not responsible for any inability to place or amend a live bet during a suspension window.
6. RNG Game Integrity. All casino slot games, table games, and togel draws on km507 use independently audited RNG technology. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the game studio, or the Member. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
7. Disconnection During Play. km507 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection, device failure, or service interruption during a betting session or casino game round. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km507 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with km507 staff.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, winnings, or advantages beyond what would otherwise be available.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with sportsbook markets offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of crime.
• Charging back deposits via your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining winnings generated from those funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing km507 customer support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Member's Account or to km507's backend systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by km507.
• Colluding with other Members in poker, live casino, or any other game where collusion provides a competitive advantage over the Platform or other players.

All content on the km507 Platform — including but not limited to the km507 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of km507 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Limited Licence. km507 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Platform content.
2. Prohibited Uses. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without km507's prior written consent. Automated scraping of odds data, game data, or any other Platform data is strictly prohibited.
3. Third-Party Content. 4. Maximum Liability Cap. In all cases where km507 is found liable for direct losses arising from Platform operation, km507's maximum aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
5. Force Majeure. km507 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond km507's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, or widespread power outages.

1. By km507. km507 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) km507 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity; (c) the Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) km507 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
2. Effect of Suspension. Upon Account suspension, the Member's access to the Platform will be immediately disabled. km507 will conduct an investigation and notify the Member of the outcome via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. If the Account is cleared of wrongdoing, access will be restored and any withheld funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, km507 may close the Account permanently and forfeit balances as appropriate under these Terms & Conditions.
3. By the Member. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting km507 customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any pending bonus rollover obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
4. Survival of Obligations. Termination of a Member's Account does not extinguish any obligation that arose prior to termination, including but not limited to: outstanding wagering requirements, pending KYC obligations, and any debt owed by the Member to km507.

km507 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all material changes:
